What types of vehicles do you have in your fleet?
Our fleet includes 4 seater cars, 6 to 8 seater MPVs, 9, 12, 16 to 25 seater minibuses and 30, and 50 to 77 seater coaches from top brands.
Can I Change My Booking Or Request A Different Vehicle?
Certainly, you can request changes, but that may incur an additional cost for adjusting new travel details and arranging a different vehicle. We will do our best to arrange a different vehicle at the last minute, but we do not guarantee its availability.
Are your Minibuses Air-conditioned?
Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your journey.
Are your minibuses equipped for wheelchair accessibility?
Yes, we offer wheelchair-accessible minibuses. However, please inform us during booking to ensure a suitable vehicle.
Can I choose a specific brand or model of minibus or coach?
While we cannot guarantee specific models, we offer a range of popular brands like Mercedes, Ford, etc, ensuring high-quality vehicles.
Can I customise my trip, such as adding specific amenities?
Yes, we offer customisable options to tailor your journey to your exact preferences. Just let us know your requirements. However, this depends on the vehicle selected. Please confirm with the agent before hiring the bus.
Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit to confirm your booking with us.
What is the Payment Method?
We have an online payment method that accepts debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as bank transfers.
What If I Accidentally Make A Duplicate Payment?
The company will refund the duplicate amount with a standard 5% admin cost. The rest of the amount will be refunded to you right away.
Who Pays For Tolls, Parking, Or Ferry Charges?
You, the passengers, will be responsible for paying for toll taxes, parking fees or ferry charges if the travel plans involve any.
Do you accommodate oversized luggage?
Yes! Our spacious minibuses and coaches are designed to comfortably accommodate all your luggage, ensuring a hassle-free journey. Just let us know about your luggage size in advance so we can provide you with a suitable vehicle.
Do You Provide Self Drive Cars?
No, all of our cars come with a driver holding a valid driving licence and the driver's price is included in the quote we provide. So you don't have to pay anything extra for the driver.
Is the Coach Driver's cost included in the Quote?
Yes, the quote we provide contains the driver's charges in it. You don't have to pay anything extra for the driver.
What are the age requirements for hiring a 9 seater minibus?
Any person can hire a minibus. This condition is only for people who hire a minibus without a driver (self-drive). And we only provide minibuses with drivers.
How Do I Secure My Booking?
You can easily secure your booking by receiving a Quote and paying a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total quote. While we strive to accommodate your requests, it is highly recommended to pay the deposit ahead of time to avoid the expiration of your price quote.
What If I Miss The Pick-Up Or My Flight?
The company will charge you the full amount if you miss the scheduled pick-up or flight without notifying the driver. Make sure to let us know ahead of time about any changes in schedules so we can adjust our services accordingly.
How Do I Submit A Complaint Or Share Feedback?

Can I Request A Specific Route For My Journey?
Contact us immediately if you are planning to change your route or pick-up spot. There may be additional charges if the mileage exceeds the original mileage or time.
What If My Booked Vehicle Is Not Available?
In case of unavailability, the company will send a larger or a smaller vehicle alternative to accommodate your group passengers and luggage at no extra cost.
Can I Bring My Pet, Food Or Drinks Along In The Minibus?
Except for guide dogs, no other pets, food, drinks or alcohol are allowed to travel to ensure the safety and comfort of the journey throughout the route.
Is Smoking Allowed In Company Vehicles?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, and upon any damage or cleanliness concern, passengers will be responsible for paying for an additional cost.
What Happens If I Cancel My Booking?
You are allowed to cancel your booking anytime you want, but it may involve a cancellation fee based on the respective timing. This fee may range from 25% to 100% of the total cost, depending on how many days before the journey you cancel.
What are the cancellation charges for my booking?
Cancellation fees are 25% (>25 days), 30% (14–25 days), 50% (7–14 days), 75% (48 hours–7 days), and 100% (<48 hours) of the booking cost.
Do I Get A Refund If The Company Cancels My Journey?
Yes, we secure your travel plans by offering a complete refund of all the price paid if your booking is cancelled from our side as a reason of unforeseen circumstances.
How Long Does It Take To Process A Refund?
The company processes the refunds within 14 days after cancellation. This may include any applicable charges that are communicated during the refund process.
What Should I Do If I Miss My Flight?
In case of missing the flight, the best course of action is to inform the company, which will help if you are eligible for a refund minus the processing fee. Or if your flight is rescheduled at another airport, the company can help in planning your transfer at an additional cost.
How Will I Contact The Driver?
The company will send the driver details and vehicle registration plate for easier identification at least 1 or 2 days before the journey.
Can I Request A Change In The Initially Planned Route?
If you are planning changes to the initially planned and quoted route that exceed the mileage and the trip time, you may be responsible for paying an additional cost. Make sure to plan your route ahead of time to avoid any extra costs incurred at the last moment of your journey.
Is My Booking Confirmed When I Receive A Quote?
No, a quote will not reserve your booking of a minibus. Passengers are required to pay an initial deposit of 30% or 100% and a confirmation call from the company’s representative to guarantee the booking.
What If I Have Special Accessibility Or Amenities Requirements?
No problem. Just let the company know ahead of time if your request includes any special accessibility like seating, wheelchairs or amenities, including the entertainment system. The company might not be able to accommodate any last minute requests, but will try where possible.
Can I make A Last-Minute Booking?
Yes, you can make a last-minute booking for a minibus, but that is not recommended as it may cost an additional amount because of urgent vehicle arrangements.
What Counts As A “No Show”?
If you accidentally added an incorrect date or time of booking or failed to contact the company or driver one hour before the scheduled pick-up, it will count as a “No Show”.
What Services Does The Quote Include During The Booking?
Apart from the transfer of your group, a minibus hire is inclusive of a driver fee, fuel and maintenance costs along with all the amenities used.
Which Is Cheaper To Hire? Minibus Or A Coach?
Minibuses are much cheaper compared to coaches because of seating capacity and size differences. Minibuses are designed to accommodate small to medium-sized groups with moderate luggage storage, thus utilising less fuel. Meanwhile, coaches are large vehicles that accommodate multiple passengers and extensive luggage storage, costing a lot higher compared to the minibus.
